Holding Fee Terms and
Conditions:
1. The holding fee is $25 per baby and is
non-refundable.
2. The holding fee will put a
baby on hold for you (no one else can buy that baby) for 1 week.
3. If you DO purchase the baby
(or make the first payment on a layaway plan) by the last day of the 1
week, the holding fee will count as part of your purchase/payment.
4. If you do NOT purchase the baby (or make the
first payment on a layaway plan) by the last day of the 1 week, I will
will put the baby back up for adoption for other customers to have a
chance to buy him/her. The holding fee will be
kept as a payment for my time in changing my website, dealing with other
emails regarding that baby, and then putting the baby back up for
adoption.
Custom Order Terms and Conditions:
1. By purchasing from Eden’s Little Ones you agree to
these terms and conditions.
2. You agree to pay 1/2 of the total price when you
order. This is a non refundable deposit. This price covers the cost of
the kit and any custom supplies needed to create your doll.
3.
Payment methods available are: Paypal, United States Post Office Money
Order, and cash (cash option is available for in-person
transactions only. I can only accept payments in United States currency
unless you pay using Paypal. If paying by credit card or bank account,
you must choose Paypal as your payment method.
4. The remaining balance is to be paid on or before the specified date
that is agreed upon.
5. If the final payment has not been received within
10
days after the specified date, the custom agreement will be voided and
I will retain ownership of the doll.
6. One
half of the total price of the doll is non-refundable. The reserve
amount is also non-refundable, as it goes toward your first payment.
7. If
you have an unavoidable financial issue, please contact me asap and we
can discuss options of extending your layaway payment plan.

me to see if we
can come to an arrangement BEFORE you place an order. Do not purchase
anything unless you agree to these terms and conditions.
Layaway Terms and Conditions:

within 7 working days.

As a general rule, there will be no returns.
I accurately
describe every doll to the best of my ability and I do not doctor or
change pictures (I only add the frames and my nursery name). If you
have questions, please ask them before purchasing.
I have NEVER had a request for a return.
I had one request for a fix - I replaced the body
slip when a customer contacted me because the slip was stretching
slightly - it was chenille, which is not meant to
be handled much. Now I tell the customer about the chenille when I get
custom order asking for it, and am about to do away with the chenille
choice and replace it with butter suede in January.
When cared for properly (see my
reborn care guide), my dolls will last a long time. Please remember my
dolls are art, not perfect factory copies. My doll are also meant to be
enjoyed as artwork, not played with daily as toys.
If you have an
exception and feel that there is something wrong with your doll,
please email me and I will do my best to
help you figure out what is going on through emails and pictures.
If I find that there is something
wrong with your doll (seriously wrong, not something that is part of
the artwork), I will either A. Send you a replacement part and
directions. B. Have the part mailed to me, fix it, and send it back to
you or C. If no other solution is found, I will refund the total amount
upon return of the doll in the condition it was in when purchased.
An example of no
return: the hair doesn't style the way you want it to. Different
rooting will style in different ways. If you want to see if it will
style a certain way, ask before purchasing and I will send pictures of
it styling that way or not working that way.
An example of fix or return: the
hair is all falling out. That has never happened, but would be a
genuine problem that would require a re-rooting or a refund.
An example of no
return: the doll is not fitting into a certain size of clothing
(preemie, newborn, etc). Different companies make clothing different
sizes. Also, clothing that has been used before could be either shrunk
or stretched. Take the doll with you when shopping or try on the
clothes before taking off the tags, so if they do not fit you can
exchange them.
An example of fix or return: one of the body's seams are coming
unstitched. This has never happened either, but would be a genuine
problem, easily fixed with a new body.
