Regular gift
certificate can be any price you want. There are 10 of these available
for the year of 2010.
Custom gift
certificates are the same price as custom babies, which vary depending
on what type of custom you are thinking of. Visit either the "Custom
natural babies" or the "Custom portrait babies" page to see prices.
There are 6 custom gift certificates available for the year of 2010.

Q. How do I
purchase a gift certificate?
A. For
regular gift certificates, simple choose the gift certificate style you
want (below), as well as price you wish to have on it, and contact me
with your choice and preferred method of payment (paypal, check or USPS
money order) and I will send you a confirmation email and invoice. Once
payment is made, I will email or mail (your
choice) you the gift certificate.
A. For custom
gift certificates, email me at edenslittleones@hotmail.com to let me
know if you want a natural custom or a portrait custom, which style of
gift certificate you want, and your paypal email address. I will send
you a paypal invoice confirming details. If you would rather pay with a
USPS (post office) money order or check, email me with details and I
will reply with my address. Once I receive the money order or check, I
will email or mail (your choice) you the gift certificate.
Q. How do I
use my gift certificate?
A. For regular
gift certificates, email me at edenslittleones@hotmail.com and ask to
be put on my email notification newsletter list. I will send you an
email when a new baby is ready for adoption. When you see a baby that
you want, email me with the name of the baby and the details of your
gift certificate (amount, year and number on certificate). I will email
you back to get your mailing address (to mail the baby to you) and mark
my files that the gift certificate has been used.
A. For custom
gift certificates, read the custom babies pages of this website to see
details and decide what you want for your baby. Then email me at
edenslittleones@hotmail.com and let me know which month you would like
your baby made with the picture and details. I will send you an email to
confirm details and ask for the details of your gift certificate (year
and number on
certificate). Then I will order the supplies and mark my files that the
gift certificate has
been used. I will send you pictures after painting, after rooting, and
when complete, so that you can see how your baby is coming along. After
the baby is complete, I will ask for your mailing address and mail the
baby to you.
Q. Why do you
only have a few gift certificates for sale?
A. Because it
takes a long time to create a quality reborn baby doll. I can only do
so many in a year and want to make sure that everyone will get their
baby from their gift certificate. Currently I make 30 babies in a year,
so I am only offering gift certificates for half of that amount.
Q. Why do the
original gift certificates expire after 2010?
A. For the
same reason as the answer above, except I am thinking of future years.
If a bunch of people save their certificates from the next 3 years and
all want their babies the year after, I would never be able to make that
many.Therefore, all original gift certificates that I offer each year
will only be good for one year.
Q. Is
shipping the baby doll included in the amount on the gift certificates?
A. It
depends on the $ amount on the gift certificate, and can be added to the
price upon request.
Q. Can I use a
custom gift certificate to purchase a regular baby? I just saw one on
your "Available boys" page that I really want.
A. Yes, you can use a custom
gift certificate to purchase a regular baby. Just follow the directions
for using a regular gift certificate (instead of the custom
directions), but when you email me make sure you tell me that your gift
certificate says custom when you give me the year and number on it.
Q. I am buying a baby with
my gift certificate, but the baby doesn't cost as much as the amount on
the gift certificate. What happens to the money that will be left on the
gift certificate?
A. Whether you bought a
preemie baby (not as costly, since the materials don't cost as much)
instead of a newborn (0-3 month) size baby or a regular baby instead of a
custom baby, the answer is still the same. If you do not use the full
amount on your gift certificate, you will receive the remaining balance
on a new gift certificate. The original gift certificate will become
void, since the amount on it is no longer accurate, but your new gift
certificate will be good for 2 years (the original year plus an
additional year). You may use your new gift certificate towards any
purchase from Eden's Little Ones during that year.
Q. Can I use 2 gift
certificates together?
A. Yes, if you have 2 gift
certificates, you may use them together towards one purchase. If you
have a remaining balance, see above for question and answer.
Q. I bought a gift
certificate, but... (something). Can I get a refund?
A. NO. I am sorry, but there
are no refunds on gift certificate purchases. No exceptions.
